Actually after the purchase of our single theme you will get free update and support for one year from our support forum.
After one year if you want to continue with the update and support for the single theme that you have purchased than you will have to pay $15 for another year.
But you can continue to use the theme for the lifetime without renewing the yearly subscription but if you want to update the theme up to date you have to renew your subscription per year.
To renew your subscription please login to our site with the same username that you have purchase the theme before and you will be redirected to your account page where you can see your order detail as well as renew option to renew the subscription.

unfortunately this is not the issues. I have dozens of sites on other themes and I know the procedure how to set the homepage and choose the blog page. It is done in one click, right? I never had any problem. Only with your theme.
Your theme has the option to choose the homepage and blogpage in two places, through the regular WP reading and through the theme personnalisation funtion. I have been double-checking both places and playing with it. I know how it works, I have other sites with other themes that function as supposed to be.
I chose a specific page as home page and another page the blog page. The home page works properly and integrates the page chosen properly. The blog page redicrects to weird page setup.
Actually the page to which the blog page redirects is not the actual home page but seems to be a different homepage layout. It shows the slider and the three widgets that could be on the front page if I had not chosen a specific page.
I don’t want to display the domain name publicly in a forum if possible. If I could contact the customer service privately I could provide the domain name to check it out.
I tried full excerpt blog page, large picture blog page and medium picture blog page layout when setting up the blog page. It always gives the same result.
Just now to solve the issue temporarily for user functionality, I put the ‘article’ tag category page on the menu for the blog and put all blog posts in the category ‘articles’, so the page shows all blog posts. But the url structure is now domain.com/category/articles instead of domain.com/articles (I am using the title article instead of blog). Otherwise users will get the weird page if I set the regular blog page on the menu. I don’t want the dysfunctional function display on the site until this is resolved.

Do you mean changing here is not taking an effect? I have just tested it and its working fine. You mean background color options or background image? Once select the color and save it. Then check it on front end whether it works or not. If you have still an issue then first of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard one by one. And also did you made any code customization on the theme?
If there is no any code customiztion and backgroud image and color options does not work then Email Us your temporary username and password. Please don’t post your password on this forum too and also provide this forum link on email.

I am working with the Premium version of Interface and would like to remove the Short Descriptions from my Featured Image Slider on the Business Page, so that the call-to-action buttons appear more intuitively as buttons to my end-users.
I’ve attempted removing the Short Descriptions in the Customizer (leaving ONLY the Titles), though the descriptions continue to appear on the slides. I’ve cleared my cache, so unfortunately that is not the issue.
I’m unable to publish the website externally at this time, though can send screen shots if there is a place to submit them.

It’s not difficult. Above code should work file. May it is conflicting to some css code.
It will be better if you provide us the temporary username and password via email. So, that we can set as you said also we will add a black with little transparent.

1) You cannot add any tag in the site title. So, it is not possible better you can try uploading images rather than site title.
2) Sorry its already there. User can click on the image and it will take you to the linked page. To link an image to a specific page you have to customize the code or you need to hire a developer.
