KeymasterHi bdavisdesigns
You mean the widget on the side bar is moving down at mobile view? If yes then it is a responsive device and on the responsive layout we move the sidebar content to below. Recently we dont have options to view full site view. We will think about it give a options in our comming version.

KeymasterHi theburgernerd
This is plugin issue not the theme issue. So you remove the plugin or you can even hire a developer to fix it out.

Keymasterhi Antoon
Once go to dashboard-> pages->
there inside blog you are selection the template for full content or blog image medium or blog image large.
Set your template first to full content display.If still you face the problem then you need custom coding. we recommened you not to change the code but if you want then you can make a child theme and edit the excerpt content and display the full content on the other page.
for more information about child themehttps://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

KeymasterHi Jeff
You are not able to uninstall the plugin? It may be network error or some thing. You can go more for the revolution slider for more info.
http://themepunch.com/codecanyon/revolution_wp/documentation/
there may also be the plugin conflict which you have installed in your site too.
