You may activate any other themes first and delete it and install the fresh copy of theme from http://wordpress.org/themes/interface. Install it and then reactivate. Then your fresh version of theme will be in your dashboard.

Could you please provide the site Url too? I think you have not added category. If you select other category then the image that belongs to that category will only be displayed. If there is no category image then image will not be displayed.

Yes exactly, the widget Calendar that’s in the Interface Pro is default WordPress widgets. So you need to install the another wp-plugins

We recommended you to use same title length for all the gallery titles. Your gallery titles are not of the same length So it is taking different height for gallery.

Hi Kai,

We have used fancybox script for our gallery.
For to fix this issue we have to remove the fancybox scripts which will affect our gallery template. So we cannot remove it because all other ultimate users are using our gallery. Better use other plugins or customize the code.

Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Design Options Tab -> Custom CSS paste the following CSS code and Click on save all changes button:

If there is no other theme in your dashboard then you may install it from ftp inside (public_html/wordpress folder(interface)/wp-content/themes/

Upload any theme inside this theme folder and activate it and delete the old version and install the new version (interface) inside theme folder.

Hi Kai,

Yes we are using fancybox jquery so it will collide while using Fancybox-plugins. So your gallery will not work if you install fancybox-plugins. And regarding to revolution slider there may also be some jquery conflict with fancy box. So revolution slider also may not work.
