Dear,

i have problem to uninstall interface 1.2. i use it in wordpress engine. it takes quite long to respond to uninstall it compare to other themes. please help

Hi b.shantiko,

Do you mean to say uninstall and reinstall new version? If then you may simply activate the WordPress default theme twentyfourteen/ twentyfifteen theme and delete the old version and download the latest version of interface and upload it and re activate it.
If you have made any customization on the core file then all your customization code will be lost. If no changes on the core file then you are safe to update a new version too.

Dear admin,

i am afraid i dont have the default wordpress theme. i am searching twentyfourteen/fifteen but i did not find it. i tried to change to other theme and uninstall but i did not work. i install ver 1.5 while other theme active did not work either. kindly help

Hi b.shantiko,

If there is no other theme in your dashboard then you may install it from ftp inside (public_html/wordpress folder(interface)/wp-content/themes/

Upload any theme inside this theme folder and activate it and delete the old version and install the new version (interface) inside theme folder.
