You want to display slider at the top of the menu ? If yes then this feature is not available in our theme. It needs code customization or you need to hire a developer to fix it.

From here you can add logo.

While posting the forum topic please send the site Url too so that it will be more easy to fix the issue. And one thing. Do you like to display your slider in all pages or you want to display it in specific page only?
If you like to display it in all pages then goto dashboard-> appearance -> theme options -> slider options -> and view this below screenshot

Or if you want your slider to specific page only then this page/post or image slider will not work. You have to use revolution slider to display slider in specific page.

goto dashboard-> appearance -> theme options -> slider options -> and click on revolution tab. At the below there is revolution slider options in next tab under appearance -> theme options -> slider options -> revolution slider options

You can’t move the nav menu top of the header image. Better you use slider and just add only one image in the slider and replace the header image. So that your slider image will be displayed below menu.

That is the options to show the article in feed. To set the ‘Full Text’ option, this feature is not available. We have designed our blog post this way. To have the full post display you have to customize the code. Make sure to make a child theme before changing any code.

The sticky post will be displayed if you use tag to display slider. If no tag match, then sticky post will be displayed in slider. So both the content on the home page (sticky post + slider) will not be displayed in the home page. If any issue then feel free to post your topic and also provide your site Url too so that it will be more easy to solve the issue.

If you like to customize the code then you need to create a child theme before making any changes in the theme. So that while updating to our new version you will be safe from data loss while updating to new version. If you make a direct change on the code then each and every time you make changes in the code, the same thing you have to do again.

The file is inside theme folder( interface)-> inc -> widgets-> interface_widgets.php, You need to go through this class on line no 200
class interface_service_widget extends WP_Widget {

Please post your forum topic in english for the next time. To translate your theme in russian first of all you need to create a .po and .mo file which is translated in russian and then after translating the file you need to keep your .po and .mo file inside language directory.
