Did you view the screenshot. Yes you have created the page/ Post that’s fine. Now find the id of that post/ page by hovering on edit page/ post or youedit your page/ post. At the top of Url you will see somehow like this
wp-admin/post.php?post=111&action=edit

Where page id is 111
Then go to dashboard -> appearance-> theme options -> featured post/ page slider. Now view this below screenshot.

We have already made our theme compatible to WordPress 4.3. There is no any issue with WordPress 4.3
First deactivate all the plugins that you have in your dashboard. Your plugins might not be compatible with WordPress 4.3

Ok fine you created 3 pages with featured image right. Then go to dashboard -> appearance-> theme options -> featured post/ page slider. Now view this below screenshot.

We have fixed your issue. Just once visit to your site. The error is that you have added a iframe code (google map) in footer column third but there is not end of iframe code. We have fixed it and not your footer and slider both are working fine.
