Hi everyone, I'm Ivan Montik and I hail from sunny Tucson, Arizona. I'm a junior with lots of state pride, but as I bid goodbye to my arid desert dwellings to live in chilly, humid New England for the next four years, I plan to earn a degree in Government or English with a secondary in South Asian Studies. Outside of class, I am a student leader at the Institute of Politics, compete on the Harvard Mock Trial team, and serve as a Drug and Alcohol Peer Advisor. I also participate in several public service opportunities and cultural organizations on and off campus. As a UMRP Coordinator, I'm passionate about encouraging students of diverse backgrounds to apply to Harvard and helping them picture their home here.
