Here’s the response:
First check on discussion at top as shown here in this link http://awesomescreenshot.com/0a92r2t8d7 after that discussion box will appear somewhere at bottom of editor page now unchecked Allow comments and Allow trackbacks and pingbacks on this page as shown here in this link and update your page. Now you will not see the comments box in your page.
