I just purchased your bundle package however there is nowhere to download the needed files. Is it because my account is “on hold”? Why is my account on hold?

And we have not put your order in hold PayPal puts your order on hold and message us as below:

Can I cancel the order and then re-order paying via a credit card (or another faster method). Or is this something I have to do through paypal?

Yes. I needed it sooner so I went ahead and purchased via credit card and cancelled the original order.
