When I “upgraded” the Ultimate theme in WordPress it went from Pro to free?
The website is Channel3.com and we paid for the theme several years ago.
Do we have to buy it again to use Pro?

You don’t have to buy Pro Theme again. You just have to pay renew charge annually. But you don’t have pay renew charge annually if you have not purchase the Theme of Life time Package Just go to login account page and you can find the copy of your purchased file under download link.
