I would like to have my web page split into two columns so that I could add text on both sides. This web page is not my home page rather a web page where I want to add items for sale. How can I do this using Attitude Pro? Please help.

Do I have to create a child theme so as to not lose the changes when updating the theme at a later date or can it just be added right into the text window within the page?
