The entire error code I received is: “Unable to create directory uploads/2021/05. Is its parent directory writable by the server?” Has anyone received this error before when uploading the Newscard Pro theme? If so, what did you do to resolve the issue?
Seems like it’s a file permission error.
Can you please try uploading any other theme? and check.
Please contact to your hosting provider for support for those file permission error.
