Hi there,

I’ve run into a bit of a problem with my ‘Featured Post/Page Slider’. Yesterday when my co-worker was trying to change the ID’s of the different pages we wanted featured on out frontpage (www.trillium.dk) the slider suddenly stopped working. (It’s been working fine for almost a year now.) As it is right now I have 5 different ID’s entered, but the slider only loads the first one. I’ve checked to see if the slider was somehow disabled and it’s not, I’ve tried disabling it and then enabling it to see if that would help, I’ve tried different page ID’s so see if there was a problem there, I’ve checked through all the settings to see if maybe something there was changed and I cannot find any changes having been made. The ‘Featured Post/Page Slider’ simply refuses to work. Any ideas what might be causing the problem?

Hi Camilla,

Did you made any code customisation ? If not then first of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard and check it whether it will work or not. There may be some plugins conflict so that your slider may not work. If you are still facing the same problem after your plugins deactivate then Email Us and also don’t forget to send this forum Url too.

Thank you so much for the idea of checking the plugins, as it was indeed the recent update of Easy Testimonials that was causing the problem.
