Hello, when you mouseover the third tile on my website (http://sabinevanrijn.com/), I see a strange symbol which I cannot remove. It is a square shape with a question mark in it. Can you help me with this? Thanks. Sab.

We did not see any strange symbol. The strange symbol occurs when your language is not in english. We have filtered the certain character. So code customization is required to fix it.
