We have just moved our site from one hosting provider to another and the Ultimate theme isn’t working properly on the new site. In the old site there was an “Ultimate” option in wp-admin on the toolbar on the left where I could customize our settings, but there is no “Ultimate” tab on the new site. Is the theme not installed properly or has something changed? I’m not sure if we had the free version or if we bought the pro version at some point.

Actually, I figured this out and it was the updated version of the theme that broke things. I have reverted to the older version now but I’m missing the files for some of the icons and the skins for the old version. Is there somewhere I can download these or a complete old version of the theme?

Hi liz.nicholson,

As we have moved our theme to customizer as of WordPress guidelines. All the options that way before at dashboard-> appearance-> theme options , not it is at dashboard-> appearance-> customize.

You can change every setting dashboard-> appearance-> customize.

Yes you can download the old version too. You just click this link and download which version you want.

Thanks for the help. However, all of the old theme downloads are different than what we actually had in place. For example in our existing Ultimate theme on our old site the directory structure was different and within the ultimate theme there were folders for images and skins (eg. wordpress-> wp-content ->themes -> ultimate ->skins and wordpress-> wp-content ->themes -> ultimate ->images). None of the old downloads seem to have that structure and the skins and the images are all missing and not showing up in the reverted older version of the theme. When I go to “Buddha Panel” within the old Ultimate theme all of the skin files are missing. Have all of the old versions been re-worked to adhere to the WP theme guidelines? Any chance you have a copy of the original old version of the theme that uses that Buddha panel and has all of the skins, etc?

@liz-nicholson Sorry! There is no any skins and wordpress directory in wp-content -> themes -> ultimate -> skins and wordpress nor there is any Buddha Panel in our Ultimate theme.

It seems that you/your developer have customized the code without creating a child theme we always recommended you to create a child theme if any customized is required so that your code will not be lost while updating to a new version.
