I updated the theme as requested, but since then my Elementor stopped working and shows a popup: “The preview could not be loaded. Some of your theme files are missed”. According to Elementor’s support there somethings you can try to do to sove the problem, as cleaning the cache or editing in incognito mode (I tryed and it didn’t work), there is also the possibility of conflict with one plugin, so I enabled each one and tryed again, but it was still happening. So I tryed to change the theme and then Elementor worked!

I also tryed doing the same things on another laptop, with other wordpress site and the same things happenned.

I wanted to know if there is a way to solve the problem without having to “turn-on” the safe mode everytime I needed to edit one page and if I’ll have to do this, and is there any risks?

Hi otrabalhoeschool,

We haven’t updated any files and codes that can affect Elementor or other Page Builder plugins. Also We have checked using Elementor Plugin and it is not creating any issue on us. Even no any users of ours have faced such issue. May be the Theme was not updated properly. Please download the Fresh Theme File and check using it again.

and Let us know if you face the same issue again.
