Hello,

Is there a way to limit the amount of text that is show in the service widgets on the homepage? The widgets currently seem to pull a large amount of text from the page itself but I only want a short description. How do I customize this? I also see that the homepage slider does not show up on mobile. Can this be changed?

I am also having trouble with the homepage slider showing up on the homepage. It does not appear to be displaying properly on the homepage though I have set it up properly and it was working last night.

How do I get the slider to work on mobile? And why does the slider have trouble loading sometimes?

Hi ianwaldron22,

What problem are you facing? Could you make it a bit clear. The slider will work well in mobile device but the content will not be displayed because, if the content is displayed in smaller device then there will be overlapping the text. So we have hide the text in smaller device. We don’t think that there is any issue related to slider. You can view in our demo site and check it. It will also be great if you provide your site url too.

I set the slider to be working but it does not show up on the homepage. Can you help?

Hi Ianwaldron22,

We mean to say that we need to look into your site with Slider Image in mobile device and find out the exact issue.
Is it not working in desktop too?

It doesn’t work in desktop or mobile. When I log into wordpress then I see the slider but other people who are not site admins cannot see the slider. I checked and it is turned on in the Customizer. What do I do?

I figured out the problem with the slider on desktop was due to the image pages being Private. I changed that and it works on desktop now. But it still does not work on mobile.

Yes I got it to work, thank you for your help. It seems as though the slider images won’t show if the pages/posts with the images are set to private.

I set the theme to the full-width mode but the width of the body still appears to be much smaller than the Interface template you show on your website. How do I increase the width to match your layout?
