If you have setup your site with WooCommerce than just add the each product manually and add the link to the product description individually to link your product to Amazon.

I would like to link under mugs, books and clothing – individual items already selling on Amazon.
Do you have any instructions on installing WooCommerce to my site? I have the Pro version of Folio Press.

Using WooCommerce is very simple.
You can simply install the WooCommerce plugin and start creating a product. You can find the documentation Here to setup WooCommerce into your site.
