I have this theme on different website and I am struggling with the same problem on two of them. I set up my homepage to use the business template and highlight some of my services on the home page. To do this, I created a new page title “home” and selected this as the “Front Page”.

Now, when you are on the home page, the title tab says “Home | New Leaf Pest Control…”. I do not want it to say “home” and just display the title that I have set in the general settings (New Leaf Pest Control…). Like I said, I have 3 sites and only one of them has the title how I like it and I think I have set them up all the same. Here are the three sites so that you can see what I am talking about:

    http://www.newleafpestcontrol.com
    http://www.newleafcrawlspace.com
http://www.wildwoodspestcontrol.com (this is the one that has the title how I like it)

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi Jordan,

If you have created “Home” page and selected as it as front page from reading settings then the title should show “site title | site tagline” that you have set from settings general.

It’s weird that your site is not showing your site name but instead your page name. This should happen only for normal pages not for the front pages/home page. Did you modified the code in some way?
