Hola,

Yo compre la versión News card Pro para mi pagina web http://www.costaoeste.gal que en un principio cree con la versión gratis o libre.

Bien, en mi cuenta descargue la carpeta NewsCard Pro, pero la abro y no me deja hacer nada. Entre en Apariencia en temas y busque la versión Pro pero no aparece, me llevas a la versión gratuita que esta activada.

Tambien probe a subir un archivo del tema y seleccionó la carpeta pero no me deja subir nada.

En fin, me podeis indicar detalladamente que tengo que hacer para activar o instalar la versión Pro.

J’ai déjà installé NewsCard , après j’ai voulu installer la version pro, j’ai payé et j’ai chargé le fichier
newscard-pro.2.3-4bnums.zip .

Voilà le message d’erreure :

L’archive n’a pas pu être installée. Le modèle est manquant. Les thèmes ont besoin du fichier de modèle templates/index.html ou index.php. Les thèmes enfants ont besoin d’un entête de modèle Template dans la feuille de style style.css.

L’installation du thème a échoué.

Après que j’ai payé la thème NewsCard-Pro vous m’avez donné à charger un fichier zip newscard-pro.2.3-4bnums.zip erroné , sans le fichier index.php

Hi everyone, this is a common issue with News Card Pro installation here’s what works:
The most frequent mistake is trying to install it under Appearance > Themes instead of Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. Make sure you’re uploading the exact zip file downloaded from your account don’t unzip it before uploading.
If you’re getting the “archive could not be installed, template missing” error, the downloaded file is likely corrupted. Try downloading it again fresh from your profile and upload immediately without extracting.
For version issues, always check plugin compatibility with your current WordPress version before installing. v2.3 requires a specific WP version mismatch causes silent install failures.
