Hello there,
I’m testing your template and I find it quite useful for my needs. Before going to purchase the PRO version I have some questions though that I hope that Theme Horse can clarify. Sorry if some questions can be answered with core WP settings, I’m quite new and about to move from Joomla.

1 – Thumbnail size: as I have unpleasant spaces between rows because some images are higher than others, is there a way to have the articles thumbnails be the same size? The question is both for the articles listing and the T-Spiral plugins.
2 – Is there a way to set the article preview characters lenght?
3 – Are the T-Spiral plugin able to parent categories, even if they contain no articles? This would be useful to merge in a single area more than one sub-category, else I will be forced to skip some or use too many widgets.
4 – Is it possible to modify the default words like “read more”, “search”, “comment”, the 404 page? I need to translate them in another language.
5 – Is it possible to center, or stretch, or simply disable displaying the featured images in the articles? I understand it is needed to show a preview image on the homepage, but in the article they are aligned to the left (not nice to see).

Sorry, my bad, I got confused on some features, please ignore my previous post. Actually my real questions are:

1 – Is it possible to replicate the banners available in the “featured posts” 1 and 2 areas also before the articles grid or in the sidebar?
2 – Is it possible to have multiple categories selected for the same banners above, or select a parent category to show the sub categories content?
3 – Is it possible to decide how many article prewies show in the same banners?

The point is that I have quite a number of categories and subcategories and the limits of having just one category per banner is quite an issue when it comes to present the first few articles per category.

We are sorry for the Late response because of some unavoidable circumstances. The reply for your question are as follows.
– Yes The post Thumbnail this theme is designed to fit and covered as equal, similar and constant size.
– Yes the text/character limit can be controlled through providing the Custom CSS code.
– The Category will not be shown on the dropdown list until and unless you won’t assign to any post.
– Our theme is Translation Ready so you can translate any word from the theme to any other language. We suggest you to use multilingual plugin.
– The featured Image can be controlled and customized with providing the Custom CSS code. Right now you can hide and show the Featured Image on Post Single through ‘Appearance > Customize > NewsCard Setting’.
– You cannot select the multiple categories but all you can do is, you can create a new category (example: ‘main stories’) then you can assign selective posts of different categories and then you can set to show on banner with that new created category.
– yes you can set the no of posts to show on Banner Slider.

Hi neba34,

Sorry you cannot set multiple categories. All you can do is you can create a new category (example ‘Main Banner’) and assign it to the desired posts. It will help to show the post from different categories.
