Hello,

I have a question about opening PDF-files on my website. I noticed I’m not able to open PDF-files anymore. I tried it on different browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer). In Chrome I get an error message (PDF document can not be loaded) and in Internet Explorer I see a blank page.
I tried to open the pdf-files on several computers, but the results are the same. And at some computers the pdf-files can only be loaded in Internet Explorer (or a part of the file).

Would you please help me to find a solution?

Hi Tamara,

You have to install a pdf viewer extension for google chrome . In mozilla firefox it working fine.

For IE you can refer to this link or you can google it by yourself.
