Hello,
Would anyone be able to tell me why this code won’t work on my site using Ultimate theme.
It should appear as 3 gray boxes next to each other under Videos. Then the 2 books should be next to each other. Then 2 grey boxes next to each other under the books.
I have the same code on another site and it looks beautiful but I can’t get it to work on this site. For some reason the html code is appearing on the page.
Thanks for any info—appreciate it!

Are you talking about this shortcodes?
[one-third-first]
From where did you add this shortcode? As we have not generated any shortcodes in our theme and shortcodes is under the plugin territory. If you are using the plugin shortcodes then first check your plugins is activated or not. Also let us know which plugins are you using for it.
Thank you!

Thanks for the response! Yes, that is the code to which I’m referring. I have it on another website and it works just fine. I thought it was just standard html code to get things on ⅓ or ½ of the page? Do I need a special plugin to get the code to work? I have a lot of plugins on the other site that were installed by a developer so I can’t tell what code I need to make that html work. Any advice would be appreciated!
Also, there is a weird question mark showing up in my header (right above “home” on some browsers)…do you know what that is or how to remove it?
Thanks so much!

There still is some weird symbol right above the word “Home“. It’s there in Chrome, IE and Safari (but doesn’t show in Firefox). Do you know how to get rid of that, or what it is?
Thanks!

You have added an image
Header-1.png
under site title and that image is broken. So you just goto the dashboard -> appearance -> customize -> design options -> custom header and remove header logo image and set it to disable.Hope this may help you
Thank you!February 9, 2016 at 7:48 am #42417wayoverboardParticipantThat worked….thanks so much! Appreciate it 🙂
