New page is not attributed correctly

My publication page http://www.bookobscure.co.uk/?page_id=690
is listed under Links instead of being shown as a menu. I attributed No parent and 7th in order.
I tried to create more menu (parent page?) but this did not appear anywhere..
I attributed No parent and also 7th to see if it shows up. Can anyone help me?
