    Hi,
I love this theme and it works properly on every desktop and laptop in any browser. The issue I have is that it will not open properly on mobile devices. By default everybody’s mobile browser is set up to open pages in ‘Mobile Version’. That mode is not the way I want it to be seen. So how to make it open on mobile devices in ‘Mobile Version’ mode as Desktop Version without asking everybody to change their browser’s settings to ‘Desktop Version’? I spoke already to my hosting provider and was told it is not on their side. If you could help me or at least point me into a wright direction to solve that issue that would be fantastic. Many thanks,
    Bart

    Hi Bartkphoto,

Did you customize theme main code? If you have customize it first take a backup than reinstall the fresh copy of the theme once again and let us know.
Can you also please check our demo site into your same mobile device? Is there a same issue or not?

    Thank you!

    Hi Team Support,
Yes – I did few small changes in style.css and headder.php but remove it all and installed fresh updated theme. I disabled all plug ins that I have in WordPress. I even removed your theme and installed random one – still the same problem.
I can open this link on few mobile devices that I have – opens properly in mobile version: https://www.themehorse.com/preview/wp-portfolio so that tells me the problem is some where else.
Last year I host my website with a different provider and did not have this particular issue. When I contacted them they tried to blame WordPress or Mobile operating systems or mobile browsers. Now I realized that no meter what theme I install I need to change mobile phone settings to desktop version. Other wise I’m getting blue letters on white background…
Perhaps somebody had similar issue and can point me into the correct path to fix that problem? I’m now convinced it must be something to do with the hosting server responding to mobile device. I will check WordPress support but so far I was not able to find anybody with similar problem there…
    Many thanks for your time,
    Regards,
    Bart

    hi bartkphoto,
If there is a same issue while activating the default WordPress theme or any other theme then its not the issue of our theme. However, we may help you solve this issue what you need to do is just provide us the temporary login credential of your admin site as well as your ftp login detail if you feel secure via email. There might be something issue with your host or anything else.
Also we have quick research into your site and found that something was injected into your site and trying to redirect to the different site.

Do not share any login credential in this forum because this forum is public and visible to all.

    Thank you!
