Can someone please advise how you make the homepage static with a right sidebar. I can’t see how you do that and stop it showing the blog.

I’d just like the “like us on facebook” widget on the right how it is and a static homepage containing a description of the business not the blog? Basically how it is now, but just a description and the blog gone.

Hi Craig,
If you use business layout for the home page then adding the sidebar is not possible. We have designed our theme this way. Its need code customisation so you need to hire a developer to fix it.

Hi Keymaster, I managed to sort it out how I wanted it now. Thanks. I hadn’t seen the static page option in theme appearance.

If you have managed to sort it out then that’s great. The static page option is not inside the theme appearance but it is inside dashboard -> settings -> reading
