I have a category Called Blog which is displayed in the Footer Featured Posts. How do I limit this to show only the last two posts, not four as it does now?

Just assign the last two post to a new category for example: xyz and set xyz category on footer Featured Posts which will only display your two post that you have set to xyz category.
