After update from Php 5.0 to 7.2 works
the login page no longer. only a white page is displayed.
The following error messages occur.
How can I fix these errors?

Hello Team Theme Horse,
I downloaded version Ultimate 3.0.5 and the zip file unpacked and then by ftp created a new folder on the web server.
I renamed it to ultimate_neu and the unzipped ones Transfer files to it. After that I have the existing one Folder
ultimate renamed to ultimate_alt. Now I have thatFolder ultimate_neu changed to ultimate. In the browser, I called
the domain and the data recharged (cache emptied). Frontend works as before Backend login page stays white.
It will be the same mistakes displayed. What else can I do?

Can you please check once by deactivate all the plugins and switching the theme to default WP theme.

Hello Team Theme Horse,
I have disabled the themes except for the default theme,
also the plugins all together and also individually.
The login page stays white. If I use another theme
the front also stays white.

Hi Helmut,

If you are getting white screen after changing to the default WP theme then it’s not our theme issue, you need to contact to your hosting provider and get support from theme.
Also you can see the server error log for the errors.

Sorry! We have our own features in the theme. If you are upgrading from Ultimate Free to Pro than you will not lose any settings and content but if you are wondering from another theme which is not developed by us then you can not have the same settings as all the themes have different features and option.
