I am trying to make the image slider work. It seems ok while I preview it, but on the frontage it freezes and the navigation arrows do not work. Is it possible to get support via e-mail? Thanks in advance.

We provide support through our support forum only. Did you made any code customization in the theme? If there is no any code customization then first deactivate all the plugins that you have installed on your dashboard and check it whether same issue occurred or not.
