I just upgraded to Interface Pro. I am trying to set-up the top of my page w/an image and menu structure the same way it was set up in the default free version (where the image/menu stays on the top of the page as the content scrolls behind/beneath it.) I’m able to get the image on the page but it just scrolls up w/the rest of the page. I’ve done my best to go through your forums but have not had any luck. I thought it might be an “image slider” function but since that didn’t come w/the free version I feel I must be missing something.

    Thanks

Ooops, the mistake was mine. I had the free version of a different theme and I meant to upgrade that theme to pro (both themes were next to each other on the wp theme page and both had a similar skyline as the header image) but accidentally clicked this one…which I also love but I need the static header that the other theme (radiate by theme grill) provides. Is there a chance I can request a refund? Thanks and sorry.

    Hi Mark,

You can set the static header image too. Just go to Appearance -> Header in your WordPress admin section and set the static header image.
Our Interface theme have lots more features than Radiate by Theme Grill.

Since our products are non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not provide refund once the theme has been purchased.
This was clearly written in the terms and conditions page as well.
We will refund you and you will still have our theme.
How we will be sure that you will not use our theme after we refund you?

Anyways you can use the theme in any of your web project as well. Hope you understand.

    Thank you!
