It seems that you have cancelled your subscription so that you are not able to download the theme file.
We can not able to reactivate the same order once the customer cancelled the subscription.

Make sure you have an active subscription before download, if not just renew your subscription and you will get access to the download file. You can find the pending subscription renewal order into your account.
