I don’t know what happened with my previous post. I’d rather do it again. Sorry for any possible duplication.
So, Hi. Sorry to bother you. As I explained earlier, I’m a little embarrassed to explain my problem because I’m using the free version.
As I’ve just taken The World accommodation at Planet Hoster, I can’t afford to spend any more at the moment. I know $55 is not excessive but when you have little money, even 5€ is a treasure.

I am unable to change the characteristics of the theme. In preview, it works. Online, it doesn’t work anymore. However, I did click on Publish.
I purged the cache (lightspeed) and disabled all my plugins and even the cms protection at Planet Hoster. Nothing helps. Do you think the problem could be Planet Hoster? When I return on Appearance/Customize, my previous settings are not saved either.

Thank you for pointing me in the direction of some thoughts… and in these terrible times of pandemic, please be careful.

Your problem seems weird. Try deactivating all the plugins one by one.

Thank you very much for your response. I managed to solve all the problems by reinstalling WordPress. Now, everything works perfectly. As I told you before, I’m really interested in getting the pro version but I’m a bit short on money at the moment. Nevertheless, you can count on me. In a few months or maybe a few weeks, I will switch to the pro version.
I’m convinced that the Theme Horse and Planet Hoster couple is a winner all the way.

In these times of health crisis, it is important to anticipate and not to wait passively.
