Hi There,
I just purchased the Pro upgrade for the Newscard theme. I downloaded the plugin zip file but somehow it failed to upload onto my wordpress site. I tried to follow your upgrade instructions (First Method) but cannot find the “Keep data when deleting the plugin” button although I am using a very recent version of wordpress to the best of my understanding. Please help, thanks.

I uploaded this plugin that fixed my issue. All you do is upload the plugin and you can load your them with no issues. the plugin can be found at this link: https://github.com/aaronjorbin/force-pclzip/releases/tag/0.1
There are two options to choose from. I chose “source code zip”
Good luck,
Serge
