We are using Free News Card Theme. Every day 10-20 SPAM comments are receiving since there is no Captcha code available in these posts. How to incorporate the Captcha in the post page to solve this issue.

There are so many plugin that deals with spam. Did you tried this plugin?
Also you can search and try one of the spam protection plugin here.
