The Side menu is moving to the bottom when we visit the site on a Retina iPad. When we use an android tablet with full hd screen we don’t have that problem??

We understand that an older iPad has lower resolution and that the responsive option is going to work. But on Retina displays?

    Hi info71,

This is our responsive design. So you have have small screen then your sidebar move to the bottom. If you want to disable it then there is an options to disable responsive menu.
Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Layout Options -> Responsive Layout and click it to off. Then click on save button

    Thank you!

    Hello Support Team,

I understand that if you have devices with a low resolution that the responsive design will take the sidebar down. But on iPads withs retina screens we have bigger resolution that a fulld HD 27″ monitor. So I was expecting that on a retina screen the sidebar would still stand on left or right side bacause the resolution of the screens are 2048 x 1536.

    A full HD monitor is only 1920 x 1080

Must we change something in the responsive.css to achieve that?

    Hi info71,

Sorry, The Responsive view will be set as per the screen size not with their resolution.

    Thank you!
