I am trying to limit the posts on the home page to a single category. I have selected ‘Home’ as the static front page and made no selection for the posts page in Settings -> Reading. I have selected a single category in the Advanced Options under Theme Options (Appearance -> Theme Options -> Advance Options -> Homepage Blog Category Setting), however posts are still showing from all categories. Can you please tell me how to limit the posts to a single category on the Home Page?

Also, I have tried to disable the blog posts for the slider on the home page via the Featured Post / Page Slider Options also located in the Theme Options and after checking the box to exclude those posts they are still appearing.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We have designed our theme this way. Its not possible. to have it you need code customization or hire a developer to fix the issue.
