Hello,
I really like the Attitude Pro theme… but now there is one thing I´d like to change:
I would like to hide the title of my (static) starting page. In the browser and in the bookmark it´s still “Home – Pagetitle” and I´d like to read “pagetitle | subtitle”, as I´ve seen it in other wordpress sites.

Hi Corinna,
Which page you have set for home page? Edit that page and go to the bottom of the page and you will see the options to hide the page.

Hi,
thanks for your quick answer, but I´m afraid thats not the solution. I already checked this option.
The SEO-title (or bookmark) of my starting page is still “Home| … “.
I guess one has to create a separate template for the starting page… but I can´t do that.
Perhaps there is a plugin that will work, e.g. “Disable title”.

If Disable title plugin helps then you can use it. Otherwise you have to customize the code. You have to hire a developer.

Don’t know if you already fixed your problem, but otherwise I’d like to tell you how I fixed it.

Insert the following code on a page to remove the title on it:
