Hi i want to know how to appear this grey field under menu at all my pages.
Because when i create a simple page it doesnt appear but when i have a page like contact page or gallery it appears.

@erik10 The grey title will appear for page templates other than the default templates. We have designed the theme this way to highlight the unique page templates title than the default templates. You will need to customize the theme for this feature. Previous discussions have been made on this topic, you can search for them as well.
