It seems as if I cannot change the excerpt length on the business page template. I adjust the number via Customizer > Advance Options > Excerpt Options, but nothing changes on the actual webpage: https://www.vertaalbureauthusanatalen.nl/onze-vertaaldiensten/

I want the excerpt length to be 25 or 30, or about 3 lines instead of what it looks like now.

Which theme are you using? Are you premium or free users? If you are premium users then provide your support questions on interface premium forum. If you have an issues then we need to look onto your dashboard. What you do is first deactivate all the plugins one by one and see if there is any plugin conflict with the theme or not.
<p>Also please provide us the temporary username and password and also your site url via email so that we can see the exact issue into your site. </p>
