Hi. I am using ‘blog image medium’ layout for my homepage and blog page.
On homepage it shows the featured image on the left (that’s how I want it).
On blog page and category pages the image is centered – I don’t know what happened because it was showing properly before (left side). I tried to change layout just to see what happens – from ‘blog image medium’ to ‘blog content full’ to ‘blog image large’ and whichever option I chose blog looks the same.Can you help me find the error. Thank you.

February 17, 2014 at 8:50 am #7760PetraMemberI think the problem is that the categories pages automatically show blog full image layout, that’s why the picture is centered. Please advise how to change that. Thank you.

Currently choosing layout for category feature is not available in our theme. We may add this in our future update.

March 4, 2014 at 5:50 pm #8362PetraMemberHi Rabin
If I set my default to “blog image medium” why do my category pages show as “blog image large”?
My main blog page shows OK.That is very frustrating and there must be a way to set it properly? There must be some error in the code or something.
Please help. Thank you!
PetraMarch 4, 2014 at 5:52 pm #8364PetraMemberI know I can’t set category pages separately, that’s why this mistake must be at your end…
Sorry but I really want it resolved one way or another, since I am paying for the theme. And it worked well when I was using the free version.March 7, 2014 at 5:38 am #8446Sanjip ShahParticipant@Petra For the blog page you can set the image as medium with the help of ‘blog page medium template’. However for the category, the default display is with large featured image and this is same of the free version as well. For, now the ‘blog page medium template’ cannot be used with the category page.
March 10, 2014 at 9:54 am #8573PetraMemberHi Sanjip, thanks for your answer, but I think this was operational in the free theme and I had my category pages looking same as my main blog page (medium image template).
Any idea when that will be fixed? Thank you!!! Petra
March 10, 2014 at 9:55 am #8574PetraMemberOr is there a way to change it manually in some theme file? Like a custom-css or custom modification in the child theme?
Thank you.March 11, 2014 at 4:53 am #8617Sanjip ShahParticipant@Petra In the dashborad, go to Appearance->Theme Options->Design Options Tab->Custom CSS. Paste the following css and click on ‘Save all Changes’. Hope this helps.
.archive figure.post-featured-image { float: left; }
