I note Attitude has been updated twice recently, with the version number incremented.
This usually signals changes in functionality. If I click on the View version 1.4 details link, it takes me only to the theme front page. The only changes I can find there is the development log which lists code changes. I really want to know what functional changes are being made. Please where can I learn about what has changed?

You may view this link. https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/23757 to see difference and also you may also view in the changelog.txt which is inside the theme file.
Thank you!

Following your link, the only difference I see going from v1.2.9 -> v1.3 is a change of owner and going from v1.3 -> v1.4 is again a change of owner. Surely there must have been more than this to warrant a change of version number?

No you have to see the version difference. For example:- Diff with previous version: https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/changeset?old_path=attitude/1.3&new_path=attitude/1.4
While we update the theme all the theme is checked by the admin and then only it goes to live. We cannot make it directly live.
Thank you!
March 23, 2015 at 6:47 am #23370TonyParticipantThanks for your response. While the diffs may trace detailed changes, it would, IMHO, be good to provide user-orientated release note, e.g. (fictional example):
New: option to choose text colour in custom control panel Fix: mis-alignment of tag display
thanks, Tony
