After upgrading from Clean Retina => Clean Retina Pro doesn't work

Have been playing with Clean Retina for a few days and decided to upgrade to Pro to get the additional features. And after doing the update and removing the old theme (which have not been customized in any way) – then now the “strong” tags in the pages and posts does not work… Any idea how this can be (and how to fix it)?

@Kristian Just visited the link you provided. I see the strong tag working fine as the ‘strong text’ looks bolder. Is the issue still there?
