I downloaded a plugin the add’s a custom header image box to the post/page it seems to use the header area that is already there so there doesn’t seem to be any css or theme code in it. I want to use css for this and was hoping it could be done without hiring a dev.

Here’s a good example of what I meant https://imgur.com/6i8l5QX The plugin I installed is using the wp header area I want to style this area. the link shows The picture I want to add on the left while the effect I want to add to the picture is on the right.

So how do I combine them?
