As you can see from the attachment I put the number of comments under the preview, but I can’t find the exact point near the items in the menu.

Hi Alberto,

Sorry! You can not show the comment counter in the menu item. It needs code customization and you need to hire a developer as this is a new feature to add in the theme. However, you may set it via some plugins if available.
