We found you have customized the menu with some plugins. And Here the issue is, the page should be reload to collapse the menu. As you click/touch on the menu item directed to any new page will reload the page so the menu gets collapsed initially. but the menu item directed to any ID or section of same page wont reload the page so menu doesn’t collapse.
To fix the issue you need to hire a developer to customize the code for you or consult with the owner/developers of the plugin that you are using for the menu.
