We are sorry for this. We have designed our theme this way. TH:recent work and the TH:Services. will only link to pages not the post.
If you want to display post link with slider then you simply add post id to display in slider. Use featured image in post.
Then go to dashboard -> appearance -> theme options -> featured post page slider -> featured post/page slider options and add your post id.
