Are you talking about this in back end featured image or front end. If it is for back end then you may ask for the polylang plugin developer support. If it is for front end then you need to type that language (you language) in title and editor.) What ever language you type there will be displayed in that language.
Yes in slogan you can change it but you must type your language.

We are not much familiar with polylang plugin so you may ask polylang plugin developer for more information.

Settings > Reading Settings > Front page displays > Your latest posts
This will display your blog at landing page. i.e. home page

If you want to display the business layout in home page as in our demo site then you need to follow the theme instruction. At first read the theme instruction clearly and still confuse then we are ready to help you based on our theme feature.

If you want to display the gallery (in two colum,three column or four column) then go to dashobard-> pages->new page
create a new page and assign a template from right side of the page there is template and select it from dropdown and click on update / publish

after doing this we have a custom post type galleries. first you create category and after that you can add the image by clicking on add new items.

to display the image you need to make the featured image from right bottom of the gallery page and publish it.
