It needs code customisation. The code is inside interface (folder) -> functions.php

	add_image_size( 'slider-narrow', 1038, 500, true ); 		// used on Featured Slider on Homepage Header for narrow layout
	add_image_size( 'slider-wide', 1440, 500, true ); 			// used on Featured Slider on Homepage Header for wide layout

which layout are you using? if you are using narrow layout then change the numeric value in narrow layout and if you are using in wide layout then change the numeric value in wide layout. The first numeric value is width and the second is height.

But one thing each and every time you update to our theme you need to change the numeric value you want. So We recommended not to change the code because if you change the code then while updating to our new version all your customisation code will be lost. So better make child theme and first unhook the functions and the edit the code.

This feature is not available in our theme. We have designed our theme this way. It needs code customisation so you need to hire a developer to fix the issue. We recommended not to change the code because if you change the code then while updating to our new version all your customisation code will be lost. So better make child theme and first unhook the functions and the edit the code.

To change the footer the file is inside interface-pro -> inc -> structure -> footer-extension.php

I Just visited to your site and its working fine there. Did you move it from another domain path to this current path. If yes then you need to fix it in .htaccess file. If you are woking on the same path before also then you need to refresh the current domain. Then it must work fine. We have already tested it and its working fine here and i don’t think this is a theme issue.

We have the latest version of revolution slider version 4.6, We have bundled this slider in our theme. You just download it and use the slider.

For your next questions, We are sorry that there is no any options to keep the slider above the menus into the header. It needs code customisation so you need to hire a developer to fix it.

This vcard and author we add only in post as we have already mentioned. Its great that you shared a more information with us. We are still confused where do we add the vcard and author it pages. If you really want this vcard and author then its better to create a child theme and add vcard and author. We will also research on it and if it is necessary then sure will will update it.
