KeymasterHI info42,
Did you customize any code ? Once you deactivate all the plugins and have a look. Some times there may be some java script conflict. So you may face this problems. If there is no code customization then it must work because its working fine in our demo site too.Thank you!

KeymasterHi ciaranhyde,
Just add the images with the same name as we are using in our theme. But you need to create a child theme to bev safe from the lose of data before making any changes on it. After creating the child theme and then activate the child theme.IF you are not getting the images and still original image is displayed then you have done something wrong. So you need to hire a developer to fix the issue.
Thank you!

KeymasterHi themachine694,
We don’t have demo content XML file for any of our theme. Recently Ultimate this is also not in live. You may simply read the interface theme instruction and set the business template for you site.Thank you!

KeymasterHi nt.izuchi.617,
Sorry we don’t have this feature in our theme. It needs code customisation but We recommended not to change the code because if you change the code then while updating to our new version all your customisation code will be lost. So better make child theme and first unhook the functions and the edit the code.http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
If you are unable to change the code then you need to hire a developer to fix the issue.
Thank you!
