We have used
target = "_blank"so that it will open in the new tab. If you don’t like to open in the same browser then you have to remove this code from theme folder-> library-> structure-> header-extension.php. Before making any changes in the code first of all create a child theme then only customize the code. This changing code will effect for all social icons too.So if you are unable then you need to hire a developer to fix it.

Did you customize any code? if no then first of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard and confirm that still there is the same problem or not. Once check it in our demo site too and if it is working fine in our demo site then it must work fine in your site too.

Yes exactly. Did you customize any code? If you have not customized any code then first of all deactivate all the plugins and test whether it works or not. Because its working fine in our demo site so it must work in your site too.

If you like to change in responsive.css then you need to make the CSS folder inside child theme and under that CSS folder create a responsive.css file. If you have not created responsive.css inside child theme -> css-> responsive.css then it won’t work. After creating such file then only the responsive layout will be changed.
If you are still unable then you need to hire a developer to fix it.

Hi its working fine in our site and also in our local environment. So it must woks in you site too. First of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard. Because there may be some JavaScript conflict with plugins.

We don’t think that Our theme Ultimate Free is very slow. Due to the speed of internet it might be slow. Recently we don’t have any specific answer and if we find then we will let you know and also fix in our theme.
